No, you don’t need to create a personal account for your orders. You can purchase any products also as a visitor. However, by creating your personal account, you can store your personal information and shipping addresses for your future orders.
You can change your password every time!
Please visit “My Account” and choose “Manage Account” and then “Change Password” You will receive a link to your registered E-Mail with all instructions for the Password change.
After your successful log in, at the top right of our site, please click on “my account” Please select from the menu “Edit Profile” and change the data you wish to change.
If your order has been placed electronically, in each change, you will be automatically notified by an E-Mail.
If your order has been placed by phone, you will need to contact our e-shop by phone.
All our products undergo quality checks before being shipped. If you identify any problem, please contact us within 2 days by phone or e-mail .
In case a product presents any problem, we are happy to assist you (It depends on the situation)
